Orders & Custom Designs
Is everything made to order?
Yes. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every shirt, hoodie and tumbler is printed specifically for you after you place your order, at our print-on-demand partner's facilities in the United States, and shipped directly to you.
Can you change one of your designs for me?
Almost always, and at no extra cost within reason. Every graphic in the store is drawn in-house by us, which is exactly why we're able to modify them — a different colour, your name, your state, your unit, your hometown, your inside joke. Email us or message our Facebook page and tell us what you want.
Will I see the design before it prints?
Yes. For anything personalized we send you a digital mockup for approval first. Nothing goes to the press until you've seen it and said yes.
What's the difference between AF, As F**K, and As Fuck?
Same artwork, three levels of language, so you can pick what suits the occasion:
- AF Edition — family friendly. Two letters, nothing spelled out. Safe for work, school pickup and Thanksgiving.
- Slightly Salty (As F**K) — censored, PG-13, asterisks doing the work.
- No Filter (As Fuck) — fully uncensored, for adults who'd rather not soften it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as fast as you can at information@anythingaf.com with your order number. If production hasn't started we'll do everything we can. Once an item has been printed it can't be changed, because it was made specifically for you.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
Two stages. Production takes 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Once it ships, delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days internationally. Peak seasons can add a little time.
What does shipping cost?
Rates are calculated at checkout based on the item and where it's going. Typical U.S. rates:
- T-shirts and long-sleeves: $3.99 – $6.99
- Hoodies and sweatshirts: $5.99 – $8.99
- Tumblers and accessories: $4.99 – $7.99
International rates vary by destination and are always shown before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their own country — those aren't included in your order total and we can't refund them.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to start showing movement. Orders go out via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Email information@anythingaf.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
Returns, Damage & Refunds
My item arrived damaged, defective or misprinted.
We'll fix it, and it won't cost you anything. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to mail anything back. The same applies if you received the wrong item.
Can I return something because it doesn't fit, or I changed my mind?
Honestly — no, and we'd rather say so plainly. Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us first and we'll help you pick.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
What about the EU 14-day cooling-off period?
Under EU consumer law the right of withdrawal generally doesn't apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, which covers our made-to-order printed apparel. If you have a question about your order under EU law, email us and we'll talk it through.
Sizing, Garments & Care
What do you print on?
Established blanks, not mystery stock. T-shirts are Bella + Canvas 3001 — soft Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, retail fit, side-seamed. Hoodies are Lane Seven LS14001 three-panel fleece — heavyweight, brushed inside, twill neck tape, under 5% shrinkage. Drinkware is 20 oz insulated stainless steel.
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes the size chart for that specific garment, with measurements in inches and centimetres. As a rule the Bella + Canvas tees run true to size with a classic fitted look, and the Lane Seven hoodies are a roomier, streetwear-leaning cut — order your usual for oversized and cosy, size down for something more tailored.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), tumble dry on low, and don't dry clean. Don't bleach hoodies; tees can take non-chlorine bleach as needed. Iron on medium for tees, low for hoodies. Treated this way the print holds up wash after wash.
